This policy explains when you can get a refund for The 6-Week Whole Food Reset, bought from loveyoursouldetox.com.au. It works alongside our terms of sale and does not limit any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
This product comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, if the book:
- cannot be delivered to you,
- is faulty, for example the PDF will not open or read properly,
- is materially different from the way it is described on this website.
Nothing in this policy limits these rights, no matter what else it says.
Change of mind
Because this is a digital book delivered by instant download, we are not required to offer a refund simply because you change your mind after you have downloaded it.
If you have not yet downloaded your copy and would like a refund instead, contact us and we will look after you.
How to ask for a refund
Email petra_loveyoursoul@outlook.com with your order reference from your receipt email, and let us know what has gone wrong. We look at every request individually and would rather sort out a genuine problem quickly than leave you unhappy.
What happens if a refund is approved
Approved refunds are returned to the card or account you originally paid with. Your bank or card provider controls exactly when it lands in your account, which is usually within a few business days of us processing it. Once a refund is issued, your download link is deactivated.
Faulty file or download problems
If your PDF will not open, is missing pages, or your download link has stopped working before you have had a fair chance to use it, tell us first. Most problems like this are fixed in minutes by sending you a fresh link or file, at no cost to you, and without needing a refund at all.
